Geo City Project
So here's a little background from last week. Last week, me and my class were introduced to a new task sheet. What we saw was completely new from the other weekly tasks sheet. It included 4 tasks that we needed to finish in 2 weeks. The tasks(in order) were Geo City(geometry/maths), Diorama(reading), Game and RV design(art). First of all, we had to do this test which tested our knowledge to see how much we know about geometry. The first equation was to figure out 10 shapes that was included in the house. Next we had to find out the definition and example of the geometry objects. And lastly figure out what was the shapes names. After completing the test, we were told to choose which job you wanted and to build(tourist attractions, public works, etc..). The one that I wanted to choose was the tourist attractions. The tourist attractions was all about buildings/creations that people would like to see. For example, one of Canada's tourist attractions is the Niagara Falls and one of New Zealand's tourist attraction is the Auckland Sky Tower. The tourist attractions that I built was a zoo, a big sports arena, an aquarium and many more. But for now I will keep the rest a secret. The progress was actually kinda hard honestly. You may think its easy but trust me.. it isn't. We had to build tourist attractions in chosen shapes(ex. you have to build a sports arena shaped like a square with a circle in the middle). We also had to build 3d shapes/the buildings but I didn't have enough time for that since I was kinda slow. Thank you for reading my blog post about my geo city project and Adios.
